The company DN FORMED Brno s.r.o. was founded in 1992 by former employees of Chirana concern with long term experiences in distribution of devices and services for hospitals, spas, laboratories, institutions of social care and fitness centers.

The company specializes in wide range of intensive care equipment, equipment of operating rooms, equipment of rehabilitation and spa plants, laboratory equipment and realization of technological entities.

Currently the company represents several renowned foreign companies from different medical fields (Medela AG, Derungs, Switzerland; Envair, DySIS Medical, England; EMED, CryoFlex, Poland; Schmitz u. Sőhne, Schwa-medico, Ratiolab, Germany) and also domestic manufacturers. The company provides assembly and service for most of supplied goods.

The company disposes with an engineering office specialized in medical technology for securing delivery of complex technological solutions. The company has implemented a lot of supplies for stationary and mobile medical workplaces.

In cooperation with bank institutions the company provides financing of technological entities including finance lease.

The company registered a procedure of metrology in 1996 at Czech metrology institute.

A methodology for this field was processed for metrological system used in hospitals, laboratories and other plants. The company is a contract partner of Czech metrology institute in Brno.

The company is certified by TÜV according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 system.
