Ergon a.s. is a leading Czech manufacturer of health clothing and the largest Czech manufacturer of individual orthopaedic footwear and insoles. The firm's history dates back to the early 20th century, it was transformed into a stable stock company without foreign participation in 1997. The firm has invested a substantial amount of financial volume into the reconstruction of its premises in Prague 6 over the past years that, together with the quarters used directly by our company, represent a contemporary commercial and administrative centre.

Regarding the manufacture of health clothing

our firm looks back on many years of tradition, seeing it advance to the position of a well-established supplier in both the Czech and foreign markets, and its products are sought after based on their quality and the firm's pricing policy. Ergon a.s. manufactures: hernia, abdominal, and lumbar belts, orthoses, bandages and physiotherapy, anti-decubitus and positioning pads, fixation devices.

Manufacture of individual orthopaedic footwear and insoles

Ergon a.s. is currently the largest domestic manufacturer of individual orthopaedic footwear and insoles, with a broad range of activities that span the whole Czech Republic territory. The unique production technology of individual orthopaedic insoles was established several years ago and relies on the digiMED system – a digital baropodometry (pedography) system that enables the exact measurement of pressure loadings to the soles of the feet, and the exact design of insoles including computerised correction according to a physician's prescription, and 100% exact milling with a computer-controlled small cutter.
